Andrew L. Hamilton is a Founder and serves as Head of Operations at Smart Energy Group. Responsible for the day to day operations, Andy has over 22 years of experience in managing infrastructure and construction projects, with the last 4 years in the design and development of commercial photovoltaic solutions. Andy has years of expertise and experience in managing complex time sensitive projects. He has developed strong relationships with labor unions, and the renewable energy associations in various states. During his tenure in the commercial construction industry, Andy served in a senior management position as Business Representative and Vice President of the local branch of an internationally recognized trade organization. While in these positions, he was responsible for the representation of an active membership of over 2000 professionals. His expertise includes interacting with various governmental and permitting agencies on the local, state and federal levels. Prior to the founding of SEG, he successfully owned and operated his own business based in Livingston, NJ.
