SEG has chosen this patented air-seal substrate design because of its stability. Wind generated vacuum pressures pull air and moisture from under the roof membrane, up through and out strategically placed equalizer valves. Suction is created pulling the roof membrane tight against the substrate, eliminating moisture. Underlying the wind harnessing principles of the SYSTEM 2001™ is a totally air-sealed roof deck and membrane. SYSTEM 2001™ applicators see to rigid, airtight details around roof penetrations, perimeter details and seams.

SEG will evaluate your need for a new roof prior to installing a solar system. The roof will carry a warranty of 20 years.
